As a Concierge Member, you're never waiting in a queue. Reach your dedicated longevity coach directly by call, text, email, or the client portal whenever you need support.
You'll also have a dedicated Care Liaison during business hours to coordinate assessments, prepare you for provider appointments, and organize your medical records — so your health never falls to the bottom of the list again.
This is relationship-driven care, not volume-driven care. We limit our membership base so every member gets the time and attention their service has earned.

What if I only want one assessment, not the full membership?
Every assessment included in membership — Functional Health Assessment, ZYTO Biofeedback Scan, and more — is also available à la carte with Service Honor pricing.
How do I get my Service Honor discount?
Let your care team know your service background during your consultation, and your Service Honor rate will be applied to your membership and any add-on services.
Is membership fully virtual?
